San Antonio Veterinary Specialists (SAVS) presents a CVPM Qualified CE event titled "From Surviving to Steering: Resetting Priorities After the Holidays to Ignite Innovative Ideas!" presented by Brittany Gantt, CVPM.

1.29.26

Join Brittany Gantt, Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) for STVO and Hospital Manager for SAVS, for an engaging roundtable designed for practice managers. This session will focus on resetting priorities following the holiday rush. January often brings the pressure to resolve everything at once, even though many managers start the year feeling more drained than rejuvenated. This discussion-oriented session aims to guide attendees in transitioning from reactive problem-solving to intentional leadership by:

  • Recognizing what burdens they are still carrying from the previous year
  • Determining what genuinely requires attention in the first quarter
  • Establishing focus that fosters relief and sustainability

Participants will walk away with practical insights, valuable peer connections, and a clear plan for the year ahead.
